My name is Sarah McKillip and I am the Manager of Client and Employee Relations for both of our offices. I was born and raised in New Florence, PA. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my dogs, read and go to the gym. My favorite restaurant is a local pub named The Tavern on Penn.

My favorite place I have traveled to as Park City, Utah. My favorite movie is Forest Gump. I am the founder of a non-profit that does random acts of kindness through the community. The thing that motivates me to work hard is being able to make a difference. I fell into the HR/Recruiting field many years ago, I was out of college looking for a job, responded to an ad in the Reading Eagle for a recruiting position, and have been working in the field ever since. Three words that describe me would be outgoing, positive and fun!
